Whether it’s his previous role on the miniseries Roots or StarTrek: The Next Generation, LeVar Burton has had a colourful career and is showing no signs of slowing down.  In the 1980s he was best know as the host of Reading Rainbow on PBS.  Today, three decades later, LeVar is still working to teach young people to read;  however, this time around he is going high-tech.  During this episode of App Central I chat with LeVar about his new iPad app.  We also talk about how he uses social media to reach out to his fans, which includes almost 2M people on Twitter.
