On Saturday, Dec. 1, CP24 opened its doors at its 299 Queen Street Westheadquarters for its annual CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish “Give a Toy, Get a Tour” event. In just three hours, the event raised more than $10,000 and collected hundreds of toys for children in need this holiday season thanks to Torontonians from across the city. In exchange for donating a new, unwrapped toy or a cash offering, visitors got a behind-the-scenes tour of the building, including the studios for CP24, BNN, MuchMusic, THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW, ETALK, and INNERSPACE plus the chance to meet various CTV personalities and enjoy complimentary food and beverages. App Central‘s Amber MacArthur and Michael Bancroft showed off the show’s set to visitors passing through.
